Kita dapat mencapai Visi/Misi kita bersama, bila semua murid Kristus melakukan bagiannya.  Apakah bagian yang dapat kita lakukan?  PraktIkkanlah 5 Langkah mencapai visi/misi, yaitu:

BLESS – DISCIPLE – SERVE – LEAD – NETWORK

Dalam bahasa Indonesia kita menyebutnya:

BERMULA PIJAR: BERKATI – MURIDKAN – LAYANI – PIMPIN – BERJEJARING

BERKATI (Bless your Neighbour):

MURIDKAN (Disciple Everyone):
Tidak cukup hanya memberkati, apabila mereka meresponi berkat Allah, jadikanlah mereka murid Kristus.

LAYANI (Serve the Community):

PIMPIN (Lead the People):

BERJEJARING (Network to Bless):

5 STEPS Achieve the vision/mission

Every disciple involved
We can achieve the vision/mission together, if every disciple of Christ does his part. What part can we play? We can put into practice these 5 Steps to achieve the vision/mission, that is:

BLESS – DISCIPLE – SERVE – LEAD – NETWORK

EXPLANATION:

* BLESS (Bless your neighbor)
Everyone of us begins to receive a vision/mission by showing good works which are able to bless the community (oikos) where God has placed us (students in school, workers in the office, family members in the home, etc).

* DISCIPLE (Disciple everyone)
It is not enough just to bless them. When they respond to the blessing of Christ, let us make them disciples of Christ.

* SERVE (Serve the community)
As disciples of Christ we must grow and produce fruit by serving others in the community in order to produce the character of Christ.

* LEAD (Lead the people)
Every disciple of Christ can and is expected to lead and multiply a community (family, cell community, society, etc)

* NETWORK (Network to bless)
Our goal is to build a movement to bless. This blessing movement can be formed if we become involved in networking with existing units/ministry units. Through networking, synergy takes place. Synergy is a might combined force. Through networking we can bless even more people.
